In Partnership with the Sonoma County Regional Parks, the American Red Cross,  cities throughout Sonoma County and the Redwood Coast USLA presents Vamos a Nadar (Lets’ go swimming) program in its’ 8th season.  Please click the link below to register and see the 2011 schedule.

As a member of the Russian River Drowning Prevention Coalition, the Redwood Coast USLA reminds beach goers to please follow these safety tips:

1. Never swim alone
2. Always swim near a lifeguard
3. Never drink alcohol before swimming
4. Learn how to identify dangerous water conditions
5. Take time to learn how to swim
