Thank you to all for participating in the Spring Lake 1 mile and 500m swims! We had a record turnout, beautiful weather and low 70 degree water. (Remember this for next year). Results are now available online thanks to Big Sky Endurance Timing. Don’t forget to register for the Russian River Challenge in Healdsburg California. We have a great assortment of getaways and goodies for the raffle and the dam will have just been raised giving us the cleanest water possible. See you soon.

Act now! Redwood Coast Masters Swimming is offering both a 500m and 1 mile swim to both Masters and USA Swimmers! May 19th 2012 at Spring Lake Park, 393 Violetti rd. Santa Rosa, CA 95409. The 500m will start at 9:00am (Registration 7:30-8:30am) and the 1 mile swim will start at 9:30am (Registration 7:30am – 8:30am).

The water temp is great this year! Can’t wait to see you there.
